I live 6 miles from the Hometime Windows & Doors location in Redlands and have two large, first-floor windows that need to be replaced. They told me that I was not a "big enough" customer for them to bother coming out. They said unless they could do a lot of windows, they were not interested. The agent who called also said that they were "not competitive." I will gladly take my business elsewhere and give that company a 5-star review instead.

Hi, just wanted to thank Nate and Patrick for the installation of two slider doors that were purchased. The quality and craftsmanship of the doors are top notch. But, the best part of Hometime experience was Nate and Patrick who did the installation. They were so professional and proficient. They truly are an asset as they represent your organization very well.
Clean. Professional. Punctual. Project complete within 5 hours. I’d definitely go with these guys again for my next project.
We absolutely love the windows, and the installers were great to work with.
