Took my money and run will not answer calls and phone disconnected.
No proof of them doing the inspection or the inspection report. Came up with some story about how there computers went down, and they have to refill out the reports. Could not close on my house because of them. It cost me $489 (500 is a felony), not to mention the costs with earnest deposit and appraisal cost. Won't return my phone calls. Now I am having to work with my bank for a fraud charge.
Went to court today 11/7/2017 and had Anthony Maxie's professional license temporarily suspended. The state will be making that permanent soon!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!! They were completely unprofessional and stole money from my clients (buyers) and trespassed on the sellers property. The inspectors name is Anthony Maxie. Here's what happened: my buyers hired them to do an inspection, which was scheduled for a Monday. 30min before the scheduled inspection they cancelled and had to reschedule for Friday. Do Not Use This Company. I don't think they are a real company! They are a SCAM !!! Did the Inspection then took $489.00 from me and cashed it the next day. Never received a home inspection report or any data. Also will not respond to any phone calls or emails.
