HomeTelos is the worst of the 3 asset managers that handles HUD sales. They are very bureaucratic and have a "my way or the highway" attitude. They can be very abrasive and it seems like they really aren't interested in getting the HUD properties sold. They are an impediment to the sale. They are super anal retentive about paperwork and how pre-approval letters are written but major things like following our state law regarding HOA disclosure they totally disregard.
