We were very disappointed with the home inspection performed by Brian Scanlan, the owner of Home Tech Inspections, LLC. He was referred to us by a Realtor when we were considering a home purchase a year and a half ago. The cost of the inspection was $375. In my opinion, the inspection performed by Mr. Scanlan was incomplete and lacking in many areas.
