Selling house and called to see if the termite bond would transfer to new owners and was told Emphatically NO! We Don’t want the business!!! This is Not the original company we contracted as it of course was bought out! I Can’t believe you don’t need repeat business/customers and are willing to to say screw you goodbye!???
It appears that the bait stations were removed prior to the stated contract expiration. Additionally, it seems that the service team did not fill the holes with dirt, contrary to the information provided in a letter from your company. The letter is definitely misleading. For a great many years, Home Team has done a five star job protecting our home; plus a second property and house that we no longer own.They are thorough, professional, friendly and reliable.The woods behind our house leaves us vulnerable to critters and bugs who want to make our house their home. Home team has made sure the bugs and critters do not get to live with us, and they do not get an opportunity to do any damage to our property.
