WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! This must be a multi-billion dollar company because they treat customers as if they are a dime a dozen. The office staff are unpleasant, uncaring and unmotivated. Highly unprofessional.
They suck!!!!!!! They only come out 1 time every 3 months. They say to call if you see a bug so I called. They came out and cancelled my service when I called for service in between that 3 months
worst company ever, dont care about service this guy called john parker suppost to be the general manager i call for a complaint and his respond was if you don't like us get another company to service you, they should get rid of people like this john parker
Bad Service!, I am very sure they water down their product, ants keep coming back and they don't return phone calls right away.........Find someone else, I am!
This company is horrible!!! They came to our house telling us our services would be for three months only then showed up at the end of those three months told me they were going to spray. Once that spray was done they had me sign the receipt and then left NEVER saying a word. Now we have an 81 dollar fee for something we thought we already paid for. They trick you into their services and make you believe its good but its not we paid 113 the day we moved in because the guy just showed up while our Realtor was there and our ho... read more
Good waste of money and time. My guess is they use water, whatever it is dont kill bugs!
William Sherman was very professional & knowledgable in his work. He ensured that all safety measures where taken when applying chemicals. He was courteous & answered all my questions.
Service is good, but prices rise about 10% every 12 months, so I left them.
