Scott and his team are very knowledgeable at what you need them to do and extremely helpful with your reports and findings regarding any of your issues and questions.
This is the second inspection they have done for us and I highly recommend! Each report has been very thorough and clear as to what was found with pictures included. The first one they did for us really saved us. The house we were going to buy had sooo many big things wrong with it that we never would have known and we got to walk away. They went and did an inspection for us yesterday but wasn’t able to enter the attic because of shelving in the way.
