Mike did an amazing job. He was on time, thoroughly inspected the home and went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. He also was given very short notice and still was able to help.
Mike was patient and explained all I needed to know in great detail. This was my second inspection by him. His careful, detailed report saved us from purchasing a home that was a fire hazard and a money pit.
