These people have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. I called to inform Amerispec that I had not received my report via email that I was promised. Essentially, I was told this is impossible and to check my spam and that they were out of the office for a week and a half. When I explained that the report was not in my spam, I was asked, "What do you want me to do ma'am?"
