I would not use this inspection company! They left structural damage off my report. I called to ask why, they stated it didn't look structural damage, it looked like water damage. Either way it should have been in the report. I called the Indianapolis office multiple times looking to speak to the owner. I never received a phone call or email. Again, avoid using this company at all cost!
My experience with Hometeam was the worst inspection and report I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend them to my family and friends. They didn’t inspect the majority of the house, and upon reviewing the report, you’ll notice that certain areas were deemed not under our scope or inaccessible. Unfortunately, this led to discovering defects only after moving in. HomeTeam has saved me twice from buying a house with serious underlying issues. They were very thorough and professional. The only problem I had was getting the appointments scheduled because they only inspect a house if they can bundle two or more houses in the same area.
