We had a 2-man team performing the inspection. Both were very good communicators and were very thorough. They definitely caught items we had missed. Overall it was great experience. We would definitely recommend them.

Bob and his team were incredibly helpful throughout my inspection! They are my go to inspectors and always do a great job accommodating schedules, answering questions, and making the entire process easy. I truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Bob and his team did an inspection for me today. They were through and knowledgeable in construction, materials, and mechanics. They answered all of my questions I had and helped shed light on their magnitude as well as what it would mean for me as a homeowner.

We used Home Team for our recent inspection and found them to be very professional and thorough. Unfortunately/Fortunately they did locate many issues with this 8 year old home that you normally wouldn't expect to see. This kept us from making a bad decision with purchasing this home which we were able to discontinue the purchasing process. We have since found another home and will be using Home Team again for our inspection needs.
