They were great!!!
Two inspectors (one for interior and one for exterior), both did a very thorough inspection. Walked the buyer through the home inside/outside. Educated the buyer on how to maintain equipment. Also showed how to adjust temperature, humidity, air to air exchanger. I highly recommend. Review from buyers realtor (attended inspection).
They are very good about explaining what is an issue and what can wait to fix.
