Guy that answered the phone was soooo rude.
Gate didnt work. Pool was closed. People parked in my assigned spot and werent towed. Mail wasnt received. Billing errors, move in errors, undisclosed surcharges. I do not agree with the other posts that Vinita was at all professional or helpful. She was the cause of all the errors and was incapable of being humble when she was wrong. Go to the Marriott.
