I love Kona. I got there a lot. This place hands down. Is the best I've had here in the mainland. I super highly recommend this place. I loved the lava chicken and the Teri chicken. The rice is on point. The macaroni was amazing!!!
Been calling in my order to go and just paying without paying attention as this location is closest to my job.Today when I went in to order I noticed they have different prices than both the Mesa college and Chula Vista locations. Almost everything here is priced up, $9.95 for Fried Musubi smh. Food at the other locations is SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER as well. I will not return to this location again.
Best Hawaiian food I've had in San Diego! Flavors were delicious, food was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and served piping hot. I had a fantastic spam musubi and I loved the teriyaki chicken. The staff was so kind too. I loved it and will be back! Came at 5 on a Friday and there was no wait for service or seating.
