Amazing food with even better service. The owner was working the counter and was one of the friendliest, sweetest people we have ever met. We continued conversation through our entire meal. And the meal, out of the world. We got the rice, Mac salad, Korean chicken and pork. My husband and I shared and it was out of this world. More than enough for the two of us. We also tried the spam musubi and omg, that was one of the absolute best things I have ever had! This place is a must!!!
Food was meh, the coconut shrimp was over fried, borderline burnt. I ordered thru Foodja and they told the driver that everything was in the order. When delivered the mac salad and rice was missing. When I called to find out what happened, I was told that it's not included in the coconut shrimp order and there must have been a mistake. I love Kona. I got there a lot. This place hands down. Is the best I've had here in the mainland. I super highly recommend this place. I loved the lava chicken and the Teri chicken. The rice is on point. The macaroni was amazing!!!
Been calling in my order to go and just paying without paying attention as this location is closest to my job.Today when I went in to order I noticed they have different prices than both the Mesa college and Chula Vista locations. Almost everything here is priced up, $9.95 for Fried Musubi smh. Food at the other locations is SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER as well. I will not return to this location again.
