I don’t like complaining been banking the branch in Tigard and a wonderful people working there for years banking with the 29 year HomeStreet bank was very good one didn’t like the new one Mechanic bank now, they give cd rates very low and no negotiation with high dollars amount, and start charging a lot of fees, my business account used to 1.000 k no fee now must 5.000 k and deposit online charging fee ( snapshot) plus have new people working now and I know customers service rude and cold when I decide close accounts, so I’... read more

Joann has been unbelievably kind, patient and thorough helping me track and replace a cashiers check that was sent to my HOA but not posted. It's a process, understandably. I banked with a major bank for 25 years previously and after 4 years with Homestreet, now Mechanics Bank, I cannot imagine changing again. The service is a thousand times better. THANK YOU

I had my Home Equity line of credit with that bank. After I paid it off completely they still took another payment. After charging me outrageous 9%+ for the loan they had an audacity to keep my refund for over two months. I had to spend half an hour of the phone with them just to get an answer that they can actually use my money for free for up to 6 months. Needless to say this bank doesn't exists for me anymore and a small court action is in motion as of now.
