What a fantastic Experience. I really enjoy the old school feel of this place. The home in the name says it all! All employees made my wife and I feel right at home!
I came in to open an account and there is only 1 person out of the 4 of them that can help you. Unfortunately this is the only day that I can come from work. The lady was so rude and saying she has only 10 minutes to wait for another customer and couldn’t help us after. I was going to wait but they were discouraging me because it was going to take a long time. When I walked in they were all just chit chatting.. I think they should retire.. bad customer service! Company is wasting their money on them. Thanks.
I’ve been questioned more intensely despite having my debit card and Ca ID by the Manager. I would say being racially profiled. I’ve been with this bank when it was Kaiser Federal before switching to HomeStreet Bank. Switching to a different Bank is the best option.
