Matt is a truly knowledgeable and caring person and that shows up in the care he provides his patients. While he has many skills, I think his greatest strength is in truly listeninf to his patience to help get to thw root cause of an issue. I can’t recommend Homesteady Health enough, especially if you’re looking into testosterone therapy in Ithaca. Matthew truly offers personalized, thoughtful care, the kind you rarely find in healthcare these days. He takes the time to get to know you, listens without judgment, and clearly cares about your long term health. I don't have health insurance, but did have a rather problematic issue with my hand that needed medical attention. I waited too long to deal because I was afraid of the costs, but then a friend referred me to Homesteady Care. Thank goodness for Matthew - he saved me and my hand! I do not recommend Homesteady Health. Matthew outright lied to my face, on the phone, and on medical documents to support an erroneous narrative that aligns with preconceived and prejudiced notions. He does not listen with the intent to understand, and then will impose myopic and misinformed opinions about care. Unless there is strict obedience to dogmatic recommendations, he does not want to affiliate himself with you. That is a very antiquated healthcare model that is no longer utilized for a reason.
