I had such a traumatizing experience with homesteaders realty that it took me a while to write this review. I rented a place from Rachel, sight unseen, when moving my elderly mother with health conditions from Florida. I specifically told Rachel I needed a place with no issues, especially no mold, due to my mom's condition. Rachel had me put a deposit of one months rent on a trailer she swore was very clean with no concerns for my mom.
