I recently moved to the country and visited Blueberry Village to rent an apartment. I had the pleasure of meeting Larry in the office, who was incredibly helpful and professional. He assisted me in getting the approval for the rent and guided me through the process of filling out the application online. His support made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Blueberry Village and commend Larry for his outstanding service.
To be clear - I am not actually “Superman “… however I am an actual tenant at this Gawdawful apartment complex- there’s a sign near the entrance that say’s “Luxury Apartments”… not even close! Will be leaving as soon as my current lease ends.
Terrible experience. This place is not good. Just take a look at how they ‘maintain’ the private road that runs through this complex. That should tell you everything you need to know about how they feel about spending (or not) any money on upkeep here.
The maintenance team worked diligently and professionally to repair the broken ac in my unit. Great experience.
