Root collar excavation was done well.
I needed a tall oak removed on short notice due to disease. Ben the arborist was out to look at the tree the same day that I called. The crew finished the job very quickly and professionally, and the tree logs that were too large to be ground up were removed later in the day.
The entire team was great (scheduler, appraiser, and workers) I was given a fair price, the crew came in did an amazing job protecting my home from, cleaned everything up, and were gone before i knew it. I highly recommend.
On Wednesday, July 3, 2024, we received excellent half-day service from RTEC representatives Alex & Jorge, who showed great skill in positioning a truck-mounted "cherry picker" in our difficult-to- access driveway & in carefully maneuvering the cherry picker in order to avoid internet & phone lines.
