I have worked with my closers over the years, but Crystal is one of the best, if not the best I've worked with. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond for her clients.
I am the branch manager that worked with a buyer using this title company. We had closing last week and Lena was very rude towards the loan officer on site and towards the client. We explained to her that she just needed to provide the funder with the funding docs and she refused to provide those and insisted we provide the whole package which caused us a delay at the closing table.
Suzy was wonderful. She greeted me with a smile and everything was perfect. She knows her business and is very professional.
