Service was great, they got us in right away after a flat when we were on vacation.
Very professional and friendly
I called ahead to get a eta for an oil change since I have a 6 hour drive to Jacksonville and I was told about 1 hour wait. Then I drive 30 min there and was told a 1 hour wait. I'm still here 2 1/2 hours later and now I'm going to miss the check-in to my hotel. If I knew it was going to take this long I would have bit the bullet and got the oil change another day...
Awful service. Went for an oil and filter change in my F-150. They told me it was going to be quick (I usually get this doe at jiffy lube in less than 15 minutes). I waited for 2 hours. I could see that my truck was ready, oil and filters changed, but they wouldnt bring they paper work for me to pay and go. They let me wait for 2 hours . Attendant didnt want to help me, he said we have to wait for the paperwork. Truck was ready!!!!
We had sway bar links break, while on vacation, and they were so great at getting to us right away. Very fair pricing, courteous service, and we highly recommend.
