These people gave me a room filled with smoke the entire night didn't offer compensation after saying they would didn't have a manager for over a week and then they have the audacity to reply on here like they did something to uphold you're Image and be fake online but shitty to a customer in person is crazy watch they'll reply to my comment acting like they care or helped me when the screwed me out of 130 $ that I have to dispute through my bank when I'm living out my car in the cold. If I could give negative stars, I would. I booked through Booking.com and messaged them through that service to request a late check in as we would be coming in from a 9 hour drive (20 hours total, we were EXHAUSTED). We get 'subject to availability', which didn’t concern us since we'd pre-paid for the room and knew it would be there for us. When we arrived, we try to go inside and the doors were locked. Stay away! There’s tons of other hotels in the surrounding area that are cleaner with more friendly staff. When we checked in, the elevator and my father’s room smelt strong of meth/cigarettes. We had other accommodations to make so we decided to deal with the issues later. After we came back to the room, I noticed my hair dryer was broken, dirt on the bathtub and sink, fridge was dirty, couch was disgusting and under the bed hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.
