I have a good & bad news. Good news is that one of the staff who actually helped me his name was WALTER was completely professional, helpful and was proactive with helping me and my needs. The BAD news is that the lady who I initially asked first to help me her name was ANNA gave me an ATTITUDE when I came and approached her at the counter asking if my reservation was set. Place has everything and some for a stay we had our whole crew here staff night and day are awesome and super helpful we will be back and im not sure id stay in anything other then a extended stay now
UNSANITARY - never will I stay at this “hotel.” Dirty rooms. Showers/tubs that will not drain. Garbage everywhere. Do not clean the rooms unless you stay for 14 days. Front desk can’t fix anything broken. Won’t deliver anything to your room. It’s essentially Section 8 housing. Residents are loud and rude. Playing loud music past midnight. Front desk unwilling to address it.
Had an extended stay here and couldn’t speak more highly of the staff. They are very professional, pleasant, and accommodating. It was convenient to be able to have pets here as well. The location is perfect for what I needed. Great experience.
Room was nice. Had a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. Bathroom and bathtub were clean. Staff was friendly!
