Totally unprofessional company. No planning at all prior to construction. They removed all the sidewalks in the homestead community without any consideration for parking space for residents. Been 3 weeks like this and now they have put no parking signs and issuing tickets. We cant park on our driveways. We cant park on the road. People are fighting among themselves for parking spaces. Could have planned all the work in phases to leave some parking space for the residents but nope.
Stay far away, with more than a year of owning the Springhill model. Warranty just wont respond and the issues in the first year where promised to be fixed but never followed up on, even after multiple calls/emails. Save yourself a headache and purchase from any other builder.
