I appreciated the insight that Jen provided when evaluating a home. She provided practical observations (e.g. 2-prong outlets, sump deficiencies, etc..), confirmed if there were appealing features (that too often evade the male mind!), and even provided ideas about future improvements. Once an offer was accepted, she was on top of the details and contigencies, and made it easy to contact key service providers. Her good reputation is well-deserved.
