Beautiful and charming home in a great location! ☀️
Absolutely unacceptable. We arrived to a unkept and un-groomed rental house and then had a completely non-functioning air conditioning system, all of this while traveling and trying to enjoy time at the beach with an infant, a young child, and elderly family members. Everyone was sweating, uncomfortable, and miserable in the heat; not at all acceptable for anyone but especially the at-risk group we had together here. Terrible experience. ZERO stars, if we could. We arrived to a filthy rental & then no working air conditioning, despite traveling with an infant, a young child, and elderly family members. The heat was so extreme that an older family member suffered a fainting spell. The house had clearly not been properly cleaned - used Q-tips, a used flosser, crumbs, hair, dust, and stained toilets throughout the house. I am my family have had bad experiences with Homesteads. We’ve all been coming to Cape May and renting for over 30 years and never had a problem until now. About two summers ago my husband and I rented a place and we really enjoyed it. It was close to our family and in an area we liked. We put our request in for the following year before the end of our trip and were told that it had already been promised to someone else.
