The owners of the Property Hire Homestead to "Manage" the location. All they do is collect your rent and ignore the maintenance requests. I have lived at the same site for 4 years, and when homestaed took over, I have never felt more laughed at and disrespected. Whoever manages Homestead is a fraud and will refuse to lift a finger unless you have an attorney backing you. Like I do.
if i could give a 0 star rating i would. i had a 1 year lease with this company. and by far the worst experience is Monica the property manager. she’s easily upset by unreasonable things, and also gets very defensive when questioned about anything. it’s her way or the highway. took my roommate’s and i months to get our deposit back from her. which when we finally got our deposits back we were charged for things that didn’t even make sense, extra fees for random cleaning tasks and also we were told we damaged the apartment, l... read more
Run as far as you can from this horrific company that treats everyone like garbage the second they sign the lease. And, knowing that landlords are often not on site, hire subpar people at crazy prices, laughing as they make a profit as the rest of us suffer. They are the worst. I am so unhappy with them, thought maybe they'd treat me better over the years, but no. They think they are doing you a favor. Bitch at you for any tiny infraction and never ask why or consider the circumstances. Cold, hard assholes.
