How are you going to run apartments in Salem and require the tenants to return your keys to another town? We already have so much going on with moving and than add that into the mix. Have people pick up the keys, or don't manage apartments outside of Monmouth. Had no choice, apartments I currently live in have been switched three times since I moved in with property management

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! If I could give zero stars I would. I moved into one of their units in Marcus Hook, the first night I found a lot of roaches. I informed them immediately and told them I would not be moving my stuff in until the problem is fixed. They sent out an exterminator 5 days later, he informed “I would still see a couple roaches after this but it won’t be bad”.
