I leased with HPR 2023-2024 for only around 10 mos. That was for a small studio which was just a corner of a 3-story house cut into apartments. The condition of the property was really questionable and HPR dragged their feet about a pervasive trash issue that was genuinely never resolved. They had to be reminded to clean and maintain the property as well. Made a reservation to view a property and decided to call the day of to make sure the shower Morgan would actually be there. Glad I did. When I called the office and spoke to Monse, I was told the property was no longer available and was being rented. There was no communication from Morgan to me about this and I went out of my way to drive to a property that was apparently already rented. DO NOT APPLY HERE, it is a waste of time and money. They do not use any form of communication other than email and automated systems and programs! Every time you call the line, there is no answer, no call back, nothing. They’ll email you back to avoid speaking over the phone. They request $50 for each application and will deny anyone without first calling and speaking with the individual to clarify any questions.
