The company is a scam I paid the application fee and a minute later got a pet application with another fee after they advertised PET FRIENDLY
I have lived in a property for about 5.5 years. Honestly there are pros and cons to many property management companies. Some of my neighbors have mixed reviews but I never had major issues with homestead. If I had an issue with a leak, holes in the walls from little critters trying to get in, etc they typically come out in a timely manner and answer. Horrible customer service. My husband and I rented from them before and literally paid On time every month. They refused to fix the fridge after coming out twice so they said they won’t rent to us again after taking our application money SEVERAL times. Yanira I believe that is her name is very disrespectful as well, no manners. Never will work with them again.

Warning: Avoid at All Costs! A Scam for Application Fees! Do NOT trust this property management company. They are clearly only interested in preying on desperate applicants to collect application fees, with absolutely no intention of following up. Once they have your money, expect radio silence. They will not call you back, they will not return your calls, and they will completely ignore you. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a property management company.
