I have lived in a property for about 5.5 years. Honestly there are pros and cons to many property management companies. Some of my neighbors have mixed reviews but I never had major issues with homestead. If I had an issue with a leak, holes in the walls from little critters trying to get in, etc they typically come out in a timely manner and answer.
