This place a great !!!
The front desk was very uncooperative. The room was dirty, smelled moldy and guess what. It was moldy. I was in the room Less than 3 min and was so disgusted I didn’t ask for a different room. I cancelled our reservation. It took 2 months to get a refund. I recommend spending a little more and get some place that you don’t fear critters and black mold.
Shower had hair that wasn't from my us in it carpet was grubby as told by the night auditor pills outside of the room the rooms were not as advertised
My recent stay at Extended Stay America was a very good one. The trip went off without a hitch, and I encountered no problems whatsoever during my time there. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a very pleasant experience. I would certainly recommend it to my friends.
