Mr. Boehmer is rude, condescending, dismissive, argumentative, and unprofessional. His concern lies not with the tenants, but with the paycheck he receives off them. How unfortunate. I strongly advise against a relationship with Homestead Plus.

Joe has done a great job managing our rental property. He found us tenants very quickly and they just renewed for another year! He has taken care of everything this first year and made things hands off for us (we live out of town). I'd highly recommend Joe if you are looking for a property manager.
Joe could use a course in business ethics and customer relations. Unsure of what training he received to glue a SAFETY valve on a water heater closed but he's "licensed" according to him.
Joe went out of his way to help me with problems, gave me a great referral. He was super helpful, professional, prompt and through. He did a great job for me and I would certainly call him again and refer him to anyone I know. Thanks Joe!
