Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. The office was easy enough to find. They wouldn't release my dad after the doctor said he was a 100 percent!!!!!!!!!!! How much more money do they want. Dads on his way home now. he will never go there again!!!! If needed again it won't be with one that has a contract with the hospital!!!

Was this provider's staff friendly? Not Really Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

My appointment always conflicts with my schedule Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
