Everyone works independently, nobody helps each other especially with over weight patient's making a simple task difficult. I personally think it's a color thing, I'm black and the problem is the black staff thinking they're not obligated to handle the white crippled it's not fair to other white staff when everyone's there for a job and all needs to participate not walk around on they're phone and blasting they're cellphone music it's very unprofessional.
