I really wanted to love this place. I just can't get past the neglect. Some of the sweetest people are neglected due to staff only being here for a check. There's a couple decent employees. Not much. Management doesn't care about the residents. It's all about number to them. Oh and the memory care is half decent, if you like smelling urine constantly. Everyone works independently, nobody helps each other especially with over weight patient's making a simple task difficult. I personally think it's a color thing, I'm black and the problem is the black staff thinking they're not obligated to handle the white crippled it's not fair to other white staff when everyone's there for a job and all needs to participate not walk around on they're phone and blasting they're cellphone music it's very unprofessional.
