DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their workers only call you in the beginning to get you signed up and get your money. You have to continuously call them and email them if you need further information. They charged me a $25 late fee and they told me they would not charge me because they did not tell me when the payment was due and when they would be withdrawing the money. Continued to send a late bill of $12.50 from 3 years prior when usps didn't deliver the check on time for an umbrella coverage. Maybe if they weren't so far behind the times, I could have paid it online back then like everything else. I instead dropped the policy entirely so they can send me a refund check now and hopefully will find new homeowners insurance soon!
Terrible insurance Company. Over charges and doesn't want to cover anything! After they took our money, they told us they wouldn't cover any weather related damage due to our roofs. (Which we already were in process of getting new garage roof). Told us we had to fix a few shingles and nails on house and to send updated pictures, we paid someone from a roofing company to pound them down and take after pictures, who said our roof is good for a few more years. Homestead still won't cover us. Avoid this company!
Make sure to read very fine print for them to cover less than they should.
