I did not recieve a booking confirmation but phoned manager to confirm and all went well. Motel is on a very busy road, walking distance to main shopping area, I was grateful to be given a room back from the road, young workers next door had very loud bad language but went to bed early, left early in the morning. The room was clean and very comfy with plenty of space and a great armchair to watch net flix etc. I enjoyed the decor and supplied toiletries.

Best accommodation best staff manager great pool nice and quiet location genuine owner. Great location best time in Dubbo thanks to homestead motel. Will come again.
16/1-18/1/2026 room 107 Awesome with such friendly staff. The room was perfect in every way. Bed very comfortable and the shower was so nice. The Homestead was close to everything. Most definitely will come back here.b
