This was anything but an easy transaction, but the folks at Homestead, and Tonya Young specifically, went to work and really brought it home for us (pun intended). This was a challenging loan due to so many obscure variables on the seller's side as well as ours, but it was brought together for the benefit of all parties, and we couldn't be happier!
