read reviews for any homestead building/property STAFF ARE INCOMPETENT, buildings are always under renovation but nothing ever improves
Whenever I read the reviews before I thought people were being dramatic, especially that tenants always complain about Landlords, then I met homestead ! Their staff are rude, lazy and they lack basic decency. We had a CO leak in the building that almost killed more people had not one neighbor detected it and when confronted they simply say: we cannot inform all the tenants of everything going on. Homestead is a terrible apartment rental company. Financial fraud. How can Canada allow such apartment rental companies? It's really bad
33 Robinson street building is full of cockroaches all over the place even in elevators and stairs. This building is exposed with cockroaches. Been getting the treatment for cockroaches from last 5 months but no results. 2nd problem is Construction on ground to Garage repair is insane. Too much dust and noise of Vibrators and machines . Building manager never responds to emails for any enquiry . Worse place to live
