Whenever I read the reviews before I thought people were being dramatic, especially that tenants always complain about Landlords, then I met homestead ! Their staff are rude, lazy and they lack basic decency. We had a CO leak in the building that almost killed more people had not one neighbor detected it and when confronted they simply say: we cannot inform all the tenants of everything going on.
