We made an application to rent an apartment at 530 Scarlett Rd. We paid the last month’s rent on March 16, 2026, we still did not receive the rental agreement to sign. After emailing them a few times for the rental agreement to sign they never responded. Now after we decided we no longer want the apartment because this company and its employees seem very untrustworthy, they inform us that the lease agreement is supposed to be signed on the day we move in on May 1st. Very poor service and support.
There is a woman who lives at 530 Scarlett Road on the 5th floor who rents rooms to students, please be weary of her! Her Name is Rebecca Shorsch. She is extremely mentally ill and dangerous. She has secret cameras set up in all around the house and has been filming me and the other tenant without informing us and without our consent. She also enters our rooms without permission.
