Apartment building in newmarket is crawling with silver fish. And the management is terrible
We made an application to rent an apartment at 530 Scarlett Rd. We paid the last month’s rent on March 16, 2026, we still did not receive the rental agreement to sign. After emailing them a few times for the rental agreement to sign they never responded. Now after we decided we no longer want the apartment because this company and its employees seem very untrustworthy, they inform us that the lease agreement is supposed to be signed on the day we move in on May 1st.
