We arrived late at night and went to our room. There was garbage in the can under the sink and a pair of jeans that had been left behind. I called the desk and she told me she would take care of it, which she did. The bed was horrible and the room had a musty odor, this odor was also in the halls. It may be the carpets are due for cleaning or replacing, but there is a problem with an odor throughout the hotel. We requested non smoking but noticed a burn mark on the bed spread, but that could have come from a smoking room aft... read more

I arrived to check in at 9:30 pm. I had to wait outside (with their call box AND my cell phone ringing the office)for 26 minutes and finally received assistance, after we walked around looking for an employee. They did give us a comp on the pet deposit for the BS, that was nice. I gave it a two because there were baby bugs running around. This place needs to spray just a bit more often and it will be very nice. The rooms are clean and furnished nicely. They are large, with a king sized bed and a sleeper-sofa. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Homestead Studio Suites. My group of five went down for GA/FLA weekend. A few days before the trip the Salisbury road location called to say that they were moving us an exit up to the Western Way location. They lowered our rate for the inconvienance. When we checked in, the hotel had the wrong room reserved for us. It was a room with one bed, so the night Manager immediately switched us to a room with two beds and we made due until the morning, when the Manager told us that we would be able to... read more

I stayed for fourteen days during a training seminar. I went in with the expectations of staying in an extended stay hotel, not the carlton ritz. If you want reasonable rates, reasonable service, reasonably clean, and reasonably quiet, then stay here. You will actually have to take care of yourself, you will actually have to clean up after yourself. You will actually have to walk out of your room and go to the front desk to get fresh towels if you stay less than 7 days. You are located in a good neighborhood, so you can walk... read more

We reached there early and checked in.The room was all neat n clean.But at night when i was switching on the lamps,2 lamps were not working as they had no bulbs in it. This place provides no room service. We stayed there for 4 days and we had to use the same towels and if we required anything(towels,sugar,coffee) we had to go down on Front office and get it. There was no house keeping provided so the room was a mess and nobody even cleaned the bathroom.The service is available to only those who stay 1 week or longer.They cha... read more
