I thought Scott was very nice, but thats the only good thing that I have to say, because unfortunately he dropped the ball on our home inspection. There were many signs of ongoing plumbing issues that he missed. The pedestal sink upstairs was leaking the first time we used it. Huge holes in the pipes. The cold water hookup for the washer was also leaking..it was turned off when we moved in. As soon as we turned it on, leaking. Scott did an amazing job. I highly recommend using him if you are buying a house. He went above and beyond to write different letters, do different inspections to please the appraisers. He talked with me though short and long term issues and ideas on how to fix them. Highly recommend!
Just had an inspection done yesterday by Mike and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was honest, kind, informative, and very helpful. Will definitely use this company in the future and will recommend them to anyone I know.
