Scott went above and beyond! He inspected two different houses we went under contract with. He was honest & open, & very willing to work with our weird work schedules. He was very thorough, and took pictures of any concerning areas.
I thought Scott was very nice, but thats the only good thing that I have to say, because unfortunately he dropped the ball on our home inspection. There were many signs of ongoing plumbing issues that he missed. The pedestal sink upstairs was leaking the first time we used it. Huge holes in the pipes. The cold water hookup for the washer was also leaking..it was turned off when we moved in. As soon as we turned it on, leaking.
