had a discrepancy about the review on my roof when i first moved in, where a small leak had been over looked. mike came back out and took all the necessary pictures and contacted all the right people to help me out. in the end he refunded my money for the initial home inspection and paid for 95% of a whole new roof! couldn't be happier with my experience with homestead inspection
