Hired Neil and Vincent to inspect a house, while most of the report was accurate they failed to inspect the deck and discover the MAJOR wood rot in the floor joist and support beams. Rot so bad that that the joist wouldnt even support the weight of a person standing on it, and the rot was all the way through the entire joist, top to bottom.
