I am writing this review as a professional tenant and a small business owner in the cleaning industry. After moving out of my unit, I received a statement with inflated charges totaling over $1,120.83, including vague “patch repairs” and “touch-ups” that were never explained or itemized clearly. I just moved in and it is so clean, modern and the residents are quiet. Desiree the manager helped make my experience in getting my new apartment extremely easy and fast. Desiree is extremely knowledgeable. She helped me with any issues I had. Anytime I needed help she responds to me right away. She always has a smile on her face and has a great personality. I definitely recommend these apartments!!!!!

Looking for apartments & the communication is horrible here. Employee Andrea was unprofessional and gave false information. She assured me many times that the air inside the unit was refrigerated air, when I could see the actual unit was an evaporative cooling unit. Was not very knowledgeable and could not answer several of my questions. Unit that was shown was nice & spacious, but decided not to go through with the application due to the lack of professionalism and evaporative cooling.
