Herm and his group are great! First, the communication is excellent and he is very open-minded to what your looking for. I also, appreciate the patience he had with me :) The finished product turned out better than expected and within the given timeline. Great company to work with and just good people. I am posting this review to warn others of the concern in communication, product and billing practices I experienced over the past 2.5 years with this company. It’s too bad, really. I was a customer who planned & hoped for my dream home & felt as though I “did my homework” in choosing a contractor. In the beginning I trusted Herman Boonstra, but between late 2022 - late June 2025 I’ve been overcharged thousands of dollars.
