We had Jim from Homestead Heating & Cooling perform a repair on our hybrid water heater. Jim was able to rapidly diagnose the problem and perform the repair under warranty.
Jim installed our furnace and did an excellent job! We had received several quotes and decided to choose Homestead based on fair pricing, knowledge, Jim's trustworthy personality and the fact that Homestead is Veteran owned. He was personable, patient throughout our extensive questioning and we could tell that he truly cared for all of his customers. Excellent, excellent service. I would recommend you to anyone needing work done on their heating. In our case our 30 year old furnace was in such bad shape it was no longer safe to use it. The technician ordered us a very efficient new furnace and we love it. There is such a difference in its ability to heat the house and its efficient use of heating oil.
Jim was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to explain each step of the repair and did a great job!
