I had a very pleasant experience with them twice. Once in March when my 27 years old boiler stopped working and just now in August, when they replaced the boiler and put a new indirect hot water tank. The entite customer experiece from call to opportunity to quote to implementation deserves top notch / max grades. Homestead did a great job installing a high efficiency boiler and Mitsubishi mini split at our home. These guys work hard and truly care about their customers. We've been using them for years and would highly recommend them to anyone. Great communication, great prices and great customer service!
Very happy with work, price was reasonable. He worked quietly efficiently and noticed significant improvement in heat in our home. We have propane fuel in our home the original installers had it hooked up wrong. Homestead noticed problem corrected it and will be scheduling appointment to update heating service related to initial problem. Highly recommend Homestead to anyone needing work done on their furnaces.
Great experience working with Jim. He was prompt, showed up when he said he would, had clear communication and got the job done in a timely manner. Nothing but good things to say - highly recommend.
