The director of nursing at this facility Cassandra Williams refused my mom oxygen in transport. My mom is on oxygen 24/7.
I'm sitting in a waiting room waiting for someone to be ready to go when this elderly woman, in a wheelchair, starts telling me about the treatment she gets while living in this facility. She said no one cares there. She also told me sometimes she doesn't get dinner. I asked her what time dinner is served and she replied if we get it at all it's after 8:00 pm. Whether she's in her right mind I don't know but she didn't seem confused to me. I hope and pray this isn't what's going on at this facility.
This place is horrible, my best friend is in there I went to see her and she's diabetic they haven't checked her sugar nor give her her insulin her leg is infected when I wasn't this place needs shut down. I've tried calling several times over the past 3 days no one even answered. It's sicking how these types of places exist 😞
Went into this horrible place for subacute Physical Therapy. I went in with a catheter UTI infection. The hospital sent via paper work what antibiotics were to be given. For 12 days I told anyone who would listen to me that the UTI was getting worse and I needed an antibiotic. I ended up having to call an ambulance, and got treated for it. Before that they were flushing my catheter which I had to ask for, for several days. In 12 days it had only been done once when ordered every three days.
