I would give zero stars if I could. I was really excited to work here, it seemed like a great place to work. Despite being new and being nervous, I still did my best to be the best CNA that I could be... But I got fired for asking for help because in the DON's words, "night shift is for someone who can be independent". Mind you, I only asked for help to change one resident, who is a 2 person assist.
