Homestead provides services in a place of my employment. If you care at all for your loved one, do not hire them. Sure, they may talk nice to family membets and residents who have their wits about them. But one no one is looking they are inattentive, rude and not kind at all to residents. Residents have to wait long periods while they are short staffed and sleeping on the job. Management does not deal with issues.
