My experience with Homestead was pretty good. My lending officer was attentive and helped me gather everything I needed to complete the transaction. The only reason I’m not giving them five stars is because of their association with Vincent Markowski, a real estate attorney. This gentleman is hotheaded, lazy, and will treat you with complete disrespect despite being his client. I am in the business and I’ve asked a few attorneys if they knew of Markowski.
