Went for a will call pick up. Employee couldn't figure out anything. Left and ordered my stuff from amazon

I absolutely love my white vinyl fence. Whenever I need a replacement part the staff there is so helpful. It has held up amazingly!!!!
I would not recommend Homestead Fence Co. to anyone. Although the product is durable and looks nice, the customer service I received was terrible. I did local pick up and half my order was missing when the installers unpacked everything. I was missing key components (U-channels, all the pickets for 4' fence, rail transition brackets, and surface mount hardware) which delayed the install.
