I have been trying to make an appointment for long time with no success. No one answer the phone. When you dial 1 for appointment, the message says to leave your information for them to call but no one ever actually calls back. If you press 0 to get the operator, they hang up on you. If you go to the website, it is the same thing, you are not able to book an appointment. They should all get fired and rehire new personal with honest and caring heart. Very disappointed. We went back to insure that the phone system was properly transferring the calls and to my surprise it was not.... <p>I'm very sorry that the customer had such a negative experience. We currently have multiple staff answering the phone and in addition we contracted with a call center service to provide additional coverage in answering the phone. We also added a "Chat Line" to our website to provide a better experience to our services. I reviewed the log of Missed chats and this particular customer did not appear. 1. No one is trained to answer the telephone properly. When you call most of the time they answer and just put you on hold directly without answering him company name or telling you to hold for a moment 2. They take their time and your appointment will never be on time. Their excuse was they were shortstaffed. Second reason was that my technician ended up going on lunch during my appointment time I have given this center several opportunities. However, the last visit was unreal. I should have read the reviews prior to making the apmt. On 3/17/21 I had a ct-scan per my doc, to see if there was still a lung nodule was present due to finding one on a ct-scan in Feb, 2019 by Baptist Imaging. My doc got the results a few days later saying no mention of the nodule. I called several times requesting for them to review the imaging again to submit a complete result, per my doctor's ct-scan orders. It's unfortunate that Ms. ***** had difficulties with our center. To be clear, when she came to our center she stated that she had done a previous CT of the Chest at Baptist. We requested the images of that test so that it could be compared. She filled out the required release form and was mailed to Baptist. The request was never sent by Baptist because she never had a CT Scan of the chest, instead we found out from her Doctor that she had a "Calcium Score" test.
